Eating Healthy While Traveling

 

 

We found some tips on USA Today and Nutrition Diva on how to eat healthy while traveling!

 

Pack your own snacks for a plane ride- try nuts/ dried fruit, granola bar, or an apple

Drink a lot of liquids! (Especially water)

Stock up on bottled water and healthy snack upon arrival

Avoid fast food- go out and enjoy the new city!

Don’t skip breakfast

Find healthy restaurants to try before the trip

Eat yogurt! (It helps keep your digestive system regular.)
