Pinapple Meatball Bites

Meatballs in sweet sauce. Perfect for any party!

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Serving Size: 3-5 Meatballs
  • Total Servings: 16-24

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of Simek's Original Style Meatballs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups of pinapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • cubed pinapple

Directions

  1. In Crockpot make the sauce by combining brown sugar, cornstarch, and 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice then stir till smooth.
  2. Add worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, stir over medium heat.
  3. Add Simek's Original Style Meatballs to crockpot.
  4. Stir sauce over all meatballs and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. When Simek's Original Style Meatballs are done display on platter. Add a chunk of pinapple and toothpick to each meatball.
