Simek's Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

As seen on Fox 9! How can a Simek's Meatball get any better? Wrap it in bacon!

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
  • Serving Size: 2-4 Meatballs
  • Total Servings: Approximately 10-12

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Simek’s Original Style Meatballs (thawed)
  • 15 slices of uncooked bacon; cut in half (makes 30)
  • 1 Jar of your favorite Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
  • Toothpicks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wrap half slices of bacon around each meatball and secure with toothpick.
  3. Place on baking sheet and back for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  4. Drizzle with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (or your favorite sauce) and serve!
