Simek's Fiesta Meatballs

As seen on Fox 9! A zesty appetizer that will liven up the party!

  • Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Serving Size: 4 Crackers
  • Total Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 Simek's Original Style Meatballs
  • 1/4 Cup Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Salsa
  • 24 Crackers
  • 4 oz. Colby Jack cheese, cut into 12 slices
  • 12 Stuffed green olives, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook 12 meatballs as directed on packaging.
  3. Cut meatballs in half, place in large bowl.
  4. Add steak sauce & salsa and stir to coat meatballs.
  5. Cut cheese slices in half.
  6. Place crackers on baking sheet and top with cheese and meatballs.
  7. Bake 4-5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with Olives.
  8. Enjoy!
