Simek's Hawaiian Meatball Kabobs

A Simek's Favorite! Everyone will love these zesty meatball and pineapple kabobs!

  • Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
  • Serving Size: 1 Skewer
  • Total Servings: Approximately 10 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Simek’s Original Style Meatballs
  • 1 Jar Simek’s Barbeque Sauce (18 oz.)
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 10 Kabob Skewers

Directions

  1. Thaw meatballs for 1 hour prior to threading on skewer*
  2. Cut pineapple into 1” pieces
  3. Thread meatballs and pineapple pieces alternately on skewers, using 5 to 7 pieces of each per skewer
  4. Grill on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until heated through, turning kabobs often to prevent burning
  5. Continue brushing kabobs with Simek’s barbecue sauce while grilling.
  6. For added zest, marinate kabobs in Simek’s Barbeque sauce overnight (refrigerate).
