Simek's Orginal style meatballs recipe in Indian Style
Once you start munching you will not stop it is that good. Cooked in real coconut flavors, it tastes heavenly.

Ingredients
Original Style Meatballs
Green chili/serrano peppers finaly chopped-1ts more
Coconut milk-1/2cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/4ts
Fresh Grated coconut-1/2cup
Garlic cloves-4 mashed
Ginger- 1inch piece mashed
Red chili powder-1/2ts or pepper powder-1/4ts
Tomato puree-1/4cup
Onions finely chopped-1cup
Water-1/2 cup or
Vegetable oil/olive oil-3ts
Cilantro- for garnishing
Directions
Cook Meatballs with little salt and keep them aside.
Prepare curry, heat 2ts of oil in a pan and add ginger+garlic+ onions & green chili and fry them until they turn transparent.
Add turmeric and fry until raw flavor goes away. Now add tomato puree and 1/2 cup water and close the pan and cook this mixture under medium flame for about 10min.
Add freshly grated coconut + Coconut milk and cook under medium flame for about 10min with lid closed. Now add salt to taste( be careful, you have already cooked meatballs with salt) and red chili powder and cook for about 1min.
Add Meatballs and cook under low flame for 5min and turn off the stove.
