Buffalo Meatball Subs
- ½ cup of Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce
- Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- Shredded carrots
- Chopped celery
- Sub buns
- Cook SIMEK’S Turkey Meatballs and on stovetop until warmed all the way through.
- Add ½ a cup of Frank’s Red Wing Sauce and stir until meatballs are coated.
- Place heated meatballs in toasted buns, followed by crumbled blue cheese, shredded carrots, and chopped celery as garnishes.
