1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/4 cup of chopped onions
4 celery stalks, chopped
3 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
12 iceberg lettuce leafs (Romaine and Boston/Bibb lettuce are also good options)
1 cup of shredded carrots
1. Cook Simek’s Mini Turkey Meatballs and chopped onions on stovetop until warmed all the way through, then add a 1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and stir until mini meatballs are coated.
2. Prepare lettuce leafs and place heated meatballs and onions in center of each leaf, followed with crumbled blue cheese, shredded carrots, and chopped celery as garnishes.
