1 bag of frozen tortellini
4 cups of chicken broth
2 can of Italian diced tomatoes
1 block of cream cheese
3 cups of baby spinach
*Parmesan cheese garnish optional
In a large crock-pot combine meatballs, tortellini, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and baby spinach. Cover and set on low for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
