These meatballs in the pita are a perfect combination. I like to squeeze just a touch of lemon on mine with a dash of hot sauce. Greek food is my favorite and this recipe is excellent. You really hit a homerun with this one Debra!!! Quick and delicous for a single father to wow my kids or even impress a lady friend. Simeks I LOVE YOU keep these contest going. I love all the new ideas I get. I could seriously have these pita pockets 5 times a week!

i really liked that sandwich, i used a extra filling of capsicum and beans fried with Canola Oil, this makes the sandwich even more tastier.

I love these things!!! We also add TAHINI (made from ground sesame seeds) its like a creamy paste) to the cucumber garlic sauce. About a tablespoon or so, gives it an even richer flavor. Tahini is also low in Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It's a good source of Thiamin, Phosphorus, Copper and Manganese. Try it you'll love it! You should have added it as an *option mom. Found in most Grocery stores. Your favorite son, Nick

I used to make this family favorite with meatballs from scratch! It took a considerable amount of time to prepare. I saw the Simek's Contest and thought I would try them. I will never bother to do these Mediterranean Meatballs from scratch again. The Simek's meatballs are absolutely delicious. And with only 4carb's per 6 meatballs...wow, thats terrific news. Thank you Simek's for making this mothers job just a little bit easier!
