A tasty sandwich made with red bell peppers, Simek's original style meatballs, and grated cheese and wrapped in an organic whole wheat tortilla. The sandwich is grilled in a panini press and served with au jus.

Original Style Meatballs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 12'' whole wheat totillas
1 10.5 ounce can of beef consumme
Heat a panini press or use frying pan with a weighted press.
In a large sauce pan combine the beef consumme and 1 cup of water. Bring the broth to a boil and reduce the heat to low. After cutting the Simek's meat balls in half, add them to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place 10-12 meatballs, cut in half, on the tortilla, and then top with 1/4 of the red bell pepper, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Reserve the beef broth for the au jus. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
Grill the wraps on the panini press until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
