EASY HASHBROWNS WITH MEATBALL GRAVY

EASY HASH BROWNS WITH MEATBALL GRAVY This recipe is easy and makes 8 hashbrown patties. Its great and very filling for a family of 4 *Great for camping too. Mix all dry ingredients in Baggies

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Serving Size: 2--5 oz
  • Total Servings: 4 double servings

Ingredients

  • Original Style Meatballs
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 2/3 cups warm water
  • 3 cups dry instant potatoes
  • SIMEKS Original meatballs
  • 2 pkgs of brown gravy mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp margarine or butter
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put margarine, salt, parsley and warm water into large bowl
  2. Mix in milk and potatoes, mix well. For firmer patties omit up to 1/3 of the water.
  3. Make hamburger size patties and fry with margarine or butter in large skillet.
  4. In separate large skillet, add gravy mixes, follow directions with water
  5. stir and come to full boil, slowly add in meatballs, margarine or butter
  6. Spoon over hashbrowns and salt/pepper as needed, serve.
