Dice up onions, garlic, green bell pepper and toss in a frying pan with olive oil.
Shred the boxes of Simek Meatball Original recipe and put in to the frying pan. Heat on low
Add Spanish olives and tomatoe sauce.
Add all purpose Spanish seasoning mix.
After meat is browned place in a bowel and set aside.
Take the empanada disc and stuff with the meat mixture and fold one side to the other over covering the beef and with a fork pronk press down outside edges.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil or olive oil, fry the empanada disc until all are fried and turn the empanada turns brown.
