A Marinated Meatball Bloody Mary

  • Ingredients

    For Bloody:
    2 oz Vodka
    4 oz Tomato juice
    2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 pinch Celery salt
    1 pinch Ground black pepper
    1 pinch smoked paprika
    For Marinade:
    1 jar (12 oz.) chili sauce
    12 ounces of favorite beer
    1 cup brown sugar
    1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    For Garnish:
    1 Lemon or Lime
    2 SIMEK’S Meatballs
    2 Cubes of Cheese
    2 Olives
    1 Pickle
  • Directions

    Begin with marinade. Combine chili sauce, beer, sugar and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.

    Add meatballs and stir until well coated.

    Cook over low heat until heated through, about 1 hour.

    Pour some celery salt onto a small plate.

    Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass.

    Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated.

    Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.

    Garnish with a celery stalk and SIMEK’S Marinated Meatball skewer.
