4 Large green peppers, slice in half and clean
2 12oz Can Stew Tomatoes
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 Cups Cooked White Rice
Slice peppers into 8 halves and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F or until tender. Remove from oven, unwrap, and place in an edged pan. Add one Simek’s Jumbo Italian Meatball into each half, and pour stew tomatoes over meatball, filling peppers. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F. While peppers are baking, cook white rice according to package directions. Place 1 cup of cooked white rice on each plate. Remove cooked peppers from oven and place two halves on top of cooked white rice. Top with parmesan cheese as desired.
