Meatball Smack ‘N’ Cheese

  • Ingredients

    2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions, drained.
    1/4 cup butter or margarine.
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  • Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    3. Add flour, whisk constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    4. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened.
    5. Add Velveeta cubes, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
    6. Add cooked macaroni into cheese mixture and stir until mixed completely.
    7. Top with cooked Simek’s Mini Beef Meatballs and serve hot.
