Meatball Smack ‘N’ Cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, whisk constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened.
- Add Velveeta cubes, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
- Add cooked macaroni into cheese mixture and stir until mixed completely.
- Top with cooked Simek’s Mini Beef Meatballs and serve hot.
