Cook rice noodles according to instructions on package, drain and set aside.
Pour oil into a large skillet or wok and add frozen meatballs and frozen vegetables. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until meatballs and vegetables are heated thoroughly, approximately 10 minutes.
Add stir-fry sauce to meatballs and vegetables and mix well.
Add cooked rice noodles and stir until heated thoroughly.
