Swedish Meatball Subs
- Sub buns
- Swedish Meatball Sauce dry packet
- In skillet, make Swedish Meatball Sauce according to package and add meatballs
- While heating meatballs and sauce, split buns and face upwards on a cookie sheet, brush with olive oil or butter and heat in over for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove buns from oven and build the sandwich with meatballs and sauce and topped with cheese of your choice.
- Sprinkle with parsley
