Swedish Meatball Subs

  • Ingredients

    • Sub buns
    • Swedish Meatball Sauce dry packet
    • Parsley
  • Directions

    1. In skillet, make Swedish Meatball Sauce according to package and add meatballs
    2. While heating meatballs and sauce, split buns and face upwards on a cookie sheet, brush with olive oil or butter and heat in over for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Remove buns from oven and build the sandwich with meatballs and sauce and topped with cheese of your choice.
    4. Sprinkle with parsley
